A strategist and a story-teller, Aidan works across organisational performance, culture and engagement at the Ministry for the Environment.

Aidan was previously a principal advisor at the New Zealand Treasury, and a senior consultant at one of New Zealand’s leading corporate communications firms, working with domestic and international clients to build brands and secure a licence to operate, through high impact engagement.

His primary sector experience includes leading communications for the roll-out of the NAIT biosecurity scheme, but began in the workshop of his father’s farm machinery business: “serving the world’s most efficient farmers”.
