Ana is a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Toi Ohomai and is responsible for strategic leadership of the organisation's partnerships with iwi, industry, communities; and the internal cultural responsiveness. Ana is also a trustee on iwi commercial investment entity Ngati Whakaue Assets Trust, and a Te Arawa appointee in the new partnership model between Te Arawa and the Rotorua Lakes Council.
Ana holds BSc/LLB degrees from The University of Auckland and has experience in indigenous rights, technology law, and risk & compliance. Her career includes as a commercial lawyer in NZ and UK, senior management roles within the health and social services sectors, as well as running her own business. Ana is a member of the Institute of Directors in NZ and an alumni of Global Women Breakthrough Leaders Programme and the US Department of State IVLP programme.
