Blythe Rees-Jones is an Industrial Designer and Creative Director focused on developing and commercialising seamless new products and brands that create impact.

Blythe has a real knack for identifying new insights and opportunities, and bringing people together around creative new ideas and endeavors driving the development and commercialisation of them. Blythe's work has helped create value and competitive advantage for many New Zealand and international companies, with the collection of numerous awards for innovation and design along the way.
Blythe operates across the broad design domain, integrating: design strategy, industrial design, user experience design and interaction, graphic, branding and packaging, through to the application of technical research and science within product innovation. With over 14 years of experience, Blythe has become a go-to-source for new ideas across many sectors including consumer products, outdoor apparel and sporting equipment, medical and healthcare, furniture, interior, textiles and new material development.
Blythe is the founder of the natural baby and kid's products company The Little Adventure and Virtuo Design; a strategic-creative intellectual ventures company that develops innovative new products, services and inspirational brands. Blythe is also a design coach with New Zealand Trade & Enterprise's Better By Design programme.
