Clement is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in corporate financial Management. Joining Sanford in September 2014, Clement is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including financial management, legal, risk, treasury and information technology. A commercially focused CFO with extensive business transformation experience, Clement is passionate about making a difference to the organisations he is involved in. He has a diverse background having worked in FMCG, timber, forestry and service industries. He was previously CFO of Griffins Foods Limited and held various senior financial management roles in Carter Holt Harvey and Fletcher Challenge Forests.
He is currently a director of the North Island Mussel Limited (a Sanford JV company which is one of the largest mussel farmer and processor in the Coromandel).
Clement is also currently a member of the Board of Trustee of the Selwyn Foundation (one of the largest charitable organisation in NZ which operates retirement villages in the upper North Island).
