Ngāti Whakaue, Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Pakeha
Ana is the deputy chief executive - partnerships and equity at Te Pūkenga.
She is also a trustee on iwi commercial investment entity Ngati Whakaue Assets Trust, and a trustee on Te Tatau o Te Arawa - the partnership model between Te Arawa and the Rotorua Lakes Council.
Previously Ana was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Toi Ohomai and was responsible for strategic leadership of the organisation's partnerships with iwi, industry, communities, and the internal cultural responsiveness.
Ana holds BSc/LLB degrees from The University of Auckland and has experience in indigenous rights, technology law, and risk and compliance.
Her career includes as a commercial lawyer in NZ and UK, senior management roles within the health and social services sectors, as well as running her own business.
Ana is a member of the Institute of Directors in NZ and an alumni of Global Women Breakthrough Leaders Programme and the US Department of State IVLP programme.
